Since the Company foundation, the adequate and continuous training of staff has been part of the philosophy of SynTech, being the key to guarantee high quality results. Following in that line, last February 20th, SynTech Research Iberia celebrated its annual GLP workshop with the attendance of SynTech Spain and Portugal main staff.
Study Directors, Principal Field Investigators, Field Assistants and Quality Assurance staff had the opportunity to share experiences, doubts and difficulties faced throughout the last season.
During the meeting there was also time to practise exercises analyzing typical trial scenarios and to discuss about new Sponsors´ requirements and how to implement them.
Good opportunity for the whole team to learn from others. SynTech Research Iberia GLP team is ready to start the new season!
